After delaying the sentencing of PP. DonMessWithMe4 for 2 days, today, is finally the day that the gang members will get the punishment they deserve. No image or video was taken in the court during the court case. We apologize for that however doing that is an offend to the Law.
We interviewed Secret_Intelligence (the prosecutor) right before the sentencing. 1. Sir, do you think you can win this case? A: Well, there’s no win or lose in the prosecution. 2. The defence said that Mr Straw plead not guilty to Criminal Intimidation. Why do you disagree? A: I disagree because I am the one who placed charges on him. I believe it is my duty to prove that he is indeed guilty. I can’t possibly agree with the defendant, right? 3. How do you feel, currently? A: I’m feeling great, thank you. I have confidence in this case.
Below are the list of sentencing to all defendants: 1. DonMessWithMe4 Murder (3 counts): GUILTY Recruiting Persons to an Organized Crime Group (5 counts): NOT GUILTY Punishment: 60 days imprisonment with no minimum or consideration for bail (First Charge) 2. strawbeuri Abetment of Murder (2 counts): GUILTY Criminal Intimidation (1 count): GUILTY Punishment: 60 days imprisonment (First charge), 40 days imprisonment (Second charge) 100 days imprisonment + 70 days minimum to serve before bail can be considered 3. MINGAHNOFNANHWA Abetment of Murder (1 count): GUILTY Recruiting Persons to an Organized Crime Group (1 count): GUILTY Punishment: 30 days imprisonment (Both charges) 60 days consecutively, with a minimum of 40 days before a bail or early release can be considered 4. ItsXGaming Murder (1 count): GUILTY Theft (1 count): GUILTY Punishment: 110 days imprisonment (Both charges) RM700k fine (Second charge) 5. HuseinAlShami Assisting in an organized crime group (1 count): GUILTY Punishment: 3 days imprisonment for contempt of court – A hearing for his case to be rescheduled is ordered
