Thank you for reading another Exclusive Post by SNN. This time this post is all about riots that happened before and during The ‘Clean’ Riot. Do note that all information we’ve got is also from other News Companies including the Government-Owned news company. BEFORE CLEAN RIOT
Before ‘Clean’ Riots even happened, ‘riot’ is already a problem in the community of MYS. Most of the riots happened due to “Police Brutality”. Let’s take the incident that happened on 17 August of 2019.

The riot took place at Maybank, which is located infront of Dataran Merdeka. Undercover polices were in action to detain the protesters. Before the government announces that protests must stop, some government members was also protesting.

After the police successfully disperses the crowd, another crowd was quickly formed at Istana Negara (Royal Palace).

Do you know that this incident was just the 3rd night? Well. It all started on 15 August of 2019. Big crowds protesting at the Monorail Station of Dataran Merdeka for “Police Brutality”.

This incident continued until 17 August. BERITA said “No further protests are expected to take place.” They were wrong. On 20 August 2019, crowds were formed at the Rad Petrol Station.

And KL was back to peace. Until the PDRM (Police DiRaja Malaysia) announced that protests will be legal if it is registered from the police. A planned protest was expected to happen at the BERITA HQ. And that is the first ‘Clean’ Riot. According to BERITA, it said that ” Police forces have been mobilised to monitor the assembly “. However on 26 November of 2019, the protest turned out to be abit lethal because some of the protesters were using Molotov and Firecrackers to hurt the police force. Before 4 PM (on 26 Nov, before the protest happens) the government urges citizens not to join any unlawful assembly in order to avoid any unwanted incident from happening. Source: The Marhaen Post

And today, 6 of December, the last protest of ‘Clean’. Who knows what will happen today.
