The AGC (Attorney-General's Chambers) had just released the Termination of Proceedings stating the charges against these 4 individuals, KaptenVincentWong, Cjonas9 and Toshinori_Allone.
In the issue, only KaptenVincentWong's charges are not stated in the document. The AGC also decided to only prosecute Vincent.
