PPR Government: Is this the end?

9 SEPTEMBER 2020

Moments ago, Nexus_Sovereignity, Minister of Justice, had sent his resignation letter to the Prime Minister. This is not the first but second time a cabinet minister from PPR's Government had resigned. The first resignation of a cabinet minister (In the current administration) was SmallGrep, former Minister of Transportation. Read Nexus's Letter, here.

Nexus's primary reason for resigning is due to an increase of workload in his life, and also an upcoming National Examination. "This is compounded by the withdrawal of support by Malaysia for Singapore’s continued development", he later adds. He also later says that it is hard to maintain his attention between Singapore and Malaysia simultaneously. He later urges Singaporeans to help with Singapore's development as Singapore is currently in lack of support after gaining independence from Malaysia. Fortunately for PPR, Nexus will be remaining as an active party member in PPR.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs later releases his own personal press statement which you can read it, here. Mr Demosistorean says that the current government will not be likely to survive due to 2 major politician resigning from the government. He later urges the Prime Minister to dissolve the parliament and make way for a "new and fresh" general elections. He later adds the reason why the government became inactive due to another 2 politicians being busy with their own lives. He later also adds that there was no indication of the recovery within the government throughout the month of August and September. He then adds the reason why Mr Grep resigned. He resigned due to the dissatisfaction towards the government especially Mr Demo's actions towards the former speaker of the parliament, Mr Clash. He then sincerely apologizes.

He clarifies that he does not have the intention to resign from the government and will remain as the Foreign Minister until the next elections.

Will Parti Penjuangan Rakyat fall after just serving Malaysians for a term? Will they lose to Parti Demokratik Malaysia? We will have to see what follows after this.
