We were greeted by the newly formed Polis Bantuan with the shiny weapons and tools used by PDRM. They even showed us how it worked.

Questions and Answers Session
Our journalists asked a couple of questions:
1. What kind of actions will the force be taking if another protest happens? A: If we continue seeing the kind of escalation that has happened in the past four days, the police will look for other methods to more effectively disperse the crowd. We've considered the use of other types of baton rounds such as sponge grenades and plastic bullets. And we've considered deploying water cannons as well. However, this will depend on the type of escalation we will see in any upcoming protests. We have also requested that the Wardieburn Garrison step in to assist us if needed.
2. From an interview with CptGalen yesterday, was it true that he was 'abused' by several policemen?
A: Uh well. Any actions of our officers must be in compliance with relevant SOPs. In this case, SOPs regarding use of force. We will review body camera footage and determine if any alleged breach in the SOPs had occurred.
SOP = Standard Operating Procedure, a set of guidelines for every action a police officer does.
3. Will an investigation brought out? If yes, who will lead the investigation?
A: The integrity Standards and Compliance Department within the force will be handling the investigations.
4. Will the PDRM investigate who was behind the protests?
A: Uh we have a rough idea on who is leading the movement but we respect the right to assembly. There will be no investigation until further notice.
