On the midnight of 6 September 2020, the MYS Developers proudly presented the long-awaited Bandar Teaser. You can watch it here. In this article, we will take a deep look in the short teaser and try to explain everything with the information we have. Let's dive right in. Spoilers ahead, watch the teaser before reading!
The teaser starts with an ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) review. ESRB is an American self-regulatory organization that assigns age and content ratings to consumer video games. That's the first easter egg.
And then, the ESRB review disappears. You will start to hear a very familiar tone, that's right, its "Blinding Lights" by The Weekend. The MV of "Blinding Lights" was filmed in an urban area featuring The Weekend driving a car with intense speed. This may have inspired the developers to have "Blinding Lights" as the theme to Bandar, as the game is an urban-city game. Then, the Roblox logo appears, followed by "Malaysia <DEV> presents".
As the music gets intense, a 3D rotation of the MYS logo can be seen. The logo soon positions itself and the colour can be seen. The music heats up, and soon, the logo of Bandar with the background featuring the game's scenery can be seen. (Editors notes: That seen is satisfying as it appears when the beat dropped)

At the bottom right of the screen, you can see the iconic "Maxis" tower with the real logo somehow.

You can soon see a building with an unidentified logo and a building looking similar to the Shanghai Tower. (Sorry for the low-resolution picture)
And of course, KL tower and KLCC can be seen, as the scene are mainly featuring both of the iconic landmarks. Entering the next scene, we are introduced with Pavilion Shopping Mall and some off-brands. It can't be seen whether the name "Pavilion" is used or not, since the Bandar Logo is still on the screen. But we can see that "Rolex" became "Roblex". And an off-brand named "SBEVE", we can't identify the real brand, tell us what you think in the comments below.

We then get a closer shot of KLCC and it's nearby buildings, including the Maxis Tower. Then, the camera moves to an interior shot of a night club. We strongly believe that's another franchise of the long-running night club in KL, Klub Kunyet. A "Drinks man" can be spotted in the scene. We also believe drinks will be served in the club. But this raise questions, will alcohol be allowed? Guess what we can do now is to wait.

The scene then blacks-out for a second and then moved to a scenery shot of a sunrise in Kuala Lumpur. We are also greeted with a sound we hear almost every day in Kuala Lumpur, that's right, its the police siren. This scene unlocks a new chapter in the teaser, that's the Employment chapter where it introduces new jobs to Malaysians. A close-up shot of a CSG police car. Then, a shot of a criminal planting a C4-alike bomb on the bank vault. We believe that the new bank system requires robbers to have extra techniques unlike the current bank in KL.
The next shot shows another scenery shot of Kuala Lumpur. On the bottom left, there's a building that looks like a Malaysian school. Of course, it's not confirmed yet. In the concrete jungle, you can see a building that belongs to your childhood. That's right, that's the Doofenshmirtz Incorperated Tower. Hopefully Dr. Doof will not take over Kuala Lumpur with his machines!

The next shot shows the firefighters responding to a call. We also strongly believe that fire are likely to breakout in Bandar, which is kinda cool. Next shot features the St. John Ambulance Depot. The next shot with a big text writing "September 19, 2020" may be the date of Closed-Beta Testing. You can see the ASEAN logo in a building which maybe means that the ASEAN building is moved there. The Doofenshmirtz Incorperated Tower can be seen again.
